Deep cleaning vs. regular house cleaning: which do you need?
The two services sound similar but solve different problems. Here is how our coordinators decide which one to recommend.
Regular house cleaning maintains a home that is already in good shape. It focuses on kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces on a weekly, biweekly or monthly rhythm.
Deep cleaning resets a home. Baseboards, grout, inside appliances, vents, window tracks and the built-up grime that a maintenance visit never has time to reach.
Our rule of thumb in Florida: if no professional has cleaned the home in the last three months, or if humidity and salt air have been working on it all season, start with a deep clean and then move to a recurring schedule.
If you are not sure, send a few photos on WhatsApp. A coordinator will tell you honestly which service fits — sometimes the cheaper option is the right one.
