The Airbnb turnover checklist we use in Florida rentals

Start with linens. Strip every bed, bag the laundry and remake with fresh sets before touching anything else — it is the step most likely to run out of time.

Bathrooms next: sanitize, restock paper and amenities, and check the drain and shower door for hair and residue that guests notice immediately.

Kitchen: dishwasher emptied, fridge checked and wiped, coffee and basics restocked, trash removed to the outside bin.

Finish with a walkthrough photo set. Photos protect the host, the guest and the professional, and they are how our coordinators confirm a turnover is complete.
